Unique Article Marketing Tricks Of The Trade

You may feel lost as you try and put your newly launched website and business out there for people to easily find. Well, fret no more there is an answer to your problem. Article marketing is a great way to advertise your business. Here are some articles marketing tips to consider when you start writing your articles.

The very first thing you must do when writing your articles is to find as much information as you can. Your articles should be full of information that is easy to understand for any number of readers. With that in mind you want them to be short and straight to the point. Leave out all the extra fluff that isn’t completely necessary to the information you are giving. This will help keep readers interested without getting bored.

You don’t have to have a degree in English and writing to write marketing articles. There are many articles already written on so many subjects. Use these articles to your advantage. Let them help you get ideas for your formatting, and information. Some of these articles might even have extra information that you didn’t even think about. Using these articles is a great way to help you get some ideas, but never copy and paste these articles and use them as your own. Copyright is illegal and could cost you much more than it could save you.

After your articles are written your next step is putting them out there for the world to see. There are so many ways you can use technology to your advantage. One way is to put your articles on an RSS feed. RSS stands for really simple syndication, and is used to publish frequently updated works. This can help your articles be seen and at the same time you can keep them up to date with any new information you receive.

The last article marketing tip I have is to use your articles as autoresponders. If someone emails you with a question including key words you have selected you can send them tons of information fast by using our article as an auto responder.

Article marketing is a fast way to get your business advertised to the public. It’s only to your advantage to take the time to put articles on your website. Keep your readers in mind and don’t think too much about it and you will be on your way to having a well advertised successful business

Steps To The Perfect Newsletter

If you have ever wondered at how a newsletter works, and what their purpose is, you have come to the right place. They differ from newspapers, however, in the sense that this is a letter. It is written to a specific person, for a specific purpose. There are similarities though, both are meant to provide knowledge and both have articles written in the same fashion.

A newsletter is written with a specific purpose in mind. Not to keep your customers abreast with the news, but to keep you abreast with your company’s news. It gives your customers the feeling that you’re always in touch, just around the corner and hence, always there for them. And let’s face it; everyone wants to go to someone with whom they feel most secure. They are an ingenious method to keep your clients coming back for more!

Know that when writing pretty much anything, you need to keep in mind your purpose. Your purpose in this case, is keeping in touch with people by letting them know about what is happening with your organization. You can take this opportunity to slip in a few tempting offers and deals as well. With this in mind, you must keep in mind that you do not want to completely bore them as well. Stick to the point, and more importantly, stick to what they are interested in.

You want to make sure all your wonderful ideas are well laid out as well. Through experience, you would know what interests your readers best and what would not. The key to planning this successfully is not exclusively about what you write. It is also about how you present it. A good presentation makes the difference between a million dollar deal, and I say this from experience!

Stick to the structure you have planned, bad planning shows bad organizational skills and that also reflects poorly on your overall outcome. Plan out everything before putting pen to paper, so you know what is happening. No doubt looking good is as important as anything else. A person would not even bother to look at a messy looking layout.

Make sure you know what you are writing about, and also consider how you are writing it. Consider every article’s relevance before actually going ahead with it. A reader decides within seconds whether he or she wants to read a particular section or not. You need to make those few seconds shine, make every word count.

Last but not least, remember that your main purpose is, in a way, extended customer service, keeping in touch even when you are not required to. To fulfill that end entirely, try not to exceed your deadlines. Always keep yourself within a ‘safe zone’, so you give yourself a margin of a few days so that you can account for the unexpected.

Save the shaking hands part for your website, which your readers will go to through the links you provide them in the newsletter. We assume this based on the fact that your readers were interested enough to click those links! Which brings is back to the main point, keep it interesting!

The Perfect Author Resource Box – Article Marketing 101

Ezine marketing has become a powerful tool for promoting a business. Despite its proven effectiveness, some would-be marketers are hesitant because of the creative process. Coming up with good ideas and intriguing topics for your publication can be more difficult than it sounds. If you are struggling to generate quality content, the following four tips should definitely come in handy:

Share Your Expertise One of the easy ways to come up with ideas for ezine topics is to simply share your expertise. If you are passionate about your field, put that effort into your campaign with some great writing. What if you are not a professional writer? Very few of us are, but you can still produce good stuff. If you have trouble expressing yourself, identify a problem within your niche, and write down the solution in small steps. This will it easier for you to write and benefit the reader at the same time. People find great value in step-by-step problem solvers and if you can grab the reader, you can make them crave more.

Publish on Ezine Directories Creating a good ezine is a great accomplishment, but simply publishing it and inserting a sign up form on your website will not guarantee subscribers. In order to reach your audience, you must take an aggressive approach and reach out to your audience.

Enter the Web There are a number of ezines online. Some of the most common examples are EzineArticles, Ezine Directory and Amazines to name a few. These publications generally act as article directories, providing topics that range from email marketing and web hosting to health and finance.

Find Out What Your Readers Want You probably have a good ideal what your readers need, but do you know what they really want? When trying to drive home something you think the subscriber needs, you have about a 50/50 shot of gaining a reader or blowing it completely. If anything, they will skim through your ezine, and may never give it another look.

Maintain a Connection Once you have established a good list of subscribers, you are well on your way to a successful ezine marketing campaign. Get your content together and make sure your message is delivered on a consistent basis. You have worked hard to reach this point and there is no turning back. You can not let your audience down.

How Do I Go Public With My Company?”

November 25, 2009 by James Scott

So, your company is ready for that next step and you’ve decided to take the dive into the world of public offerings and global fund raising. You imagine investors waiting with bated breath for your company to announce it’s share price and release shares for purchase. You’re imagining swarms of broker dealers clambering and falling all over themselves to promote your stock to their massive investor database while you sit back and fill your company’s coffers with millions in capital that will launch your corporation into the realm of superstardom and hemorrhaging expansion. You start to search the internet and come across ad after ad that promotes the idea that you could save $100,000′s if you buy a public shell and reverse merge your company with it, saving you time and money, resulting in achieving a public structure in only a few weeks. Buyer beware!

Reverse mergers into public shell companies is a process that rarely works and if, by some act of God, it is successful you still have countless issues to deal with that could crush your ability to succeed in an instant. Companies that sell shell companies and facilitate public offerings via reverse merger often have many fleas attached to the structure such as the fact that they retain 10% to 25%+ of the company’s shares that they can pump and dump anytime, resulting in a black eye to investors who see your stock plummet, resulting in almost certain bankruptcy and company failure.

Another prominent issue with this type of transaction is that usually the shell company has a complicated history of litigation and liens that you absorb when you merge and if this is the case you’ll spend all your time in ongoing legal battles as your company bankroll is spent on righting the wrongs of the previous owners. We could go on for days about the downside of reverse mergers into public shells but the moral of this story is, ‘do your homework’.

If you are trying to take your startup or small business public, take the extra steps (you’ll actually save money) and look into OTCBB, a legitimate, quick and long lasting way to take your company public without the drawbacks and definite complications of reverse mergers. You can take your company public via OTCBB for less than $100k and there are usually several ways to finance this process so you have minimal out of pocket expense.

Going public is easy when you team up with the right consultants that will help you bypass the dead ends and concepts that will take up your time and cripple your resources.
