Past Life Readings Can Answer The Issues Of The Present

August 17, 2010 by Elaine Faux

The concept of reincarnation is highly criticized. The idea of having to be reborn again has created many discussion regarding the authenticity of the idea. Many believes that this is just a pigment of the imagination. A mere myth that most religious sects claim to explain the mysteries of life. The growing number of believers has led into the birth of past life readings that help in answering the queries about reincarnation.

The concept of reincarnation is based on the belief of being born again to complete the purpose of life. Buddhist followers are great believers of this concept. Along with the followers of Hinduism they tie this up with Karma explaining the challenges that one undergoes in life. The experience is said to repeat itself if not done properly.

Many believes that the past occurrence can still affect us greatly in the present. What we reap is what we sow. Information about our past life can explain why one is undergoing poverty, depression and many more. Hypnotic therapy such as regression can help explain this concept. It allows the therapist to relay the proper way of how you can approach a certain scenario.

When one undergoes past life reading they are put into deep sleep and asked a series of guided procedures and questions to be answered to gain facts of why things are happening. It is then confidentially relayed to you by the expert hypnotherapist so that you would be able to know what to do next. The common individuals who undergo this process are those who basically wants answers.

Knowing oneself is the key towards attaining this goal. One can find completeness in the process. It may take a few hours to complete but it is worth the wait. You are now given an idea of how to stop the poverty, ill feeling and misfortune in your life. This then turns you into a better being that can contribute highly in society. The events of the past are therefore a history that needs no repetition.

Take control of your life after each session. Avoid the reoccurring mistakes in the past giving way starting a brand new beginning. Knowing what to avoid will help you make better and satisfying decisions in life. It can be a source of renewed strength and spirituality.

Past life readings allow you to enjoy the new realm. Now it is possible to change for the better. You now have the key to change your life completely after each session. History now can be changed. Rewrite your life story and arise as winner with this process.

The fascination of many towards the unknown has allowed science to combine mysticism to come up with a better process of obtaining answers for their concern. Although others may have a strong resentment in this process many have attest in the benefits. If one intends to change his future he must be consistent. He should not be dependent on the process alone. Only he can make the changes that he needs to succeed in life. Without his cooperation no readings can dictate assurance.

The Truth And Myths Of Astral Projecting

July 25, 2010 by Peter Escobar

Astral projecting refers to the projection of your true inner self or your astral body into the higher ethereal astral planes. Thus in other words, astral projecting involves attaining a deep trance state and moving out of your own body into other realms of consciousness.

Astral projecting thus is a travel like no other. It is a journey of a life time that lets you transcend the boundaries of the physical universe and gives you the chance to observe yourself and the world from a higher plane of existence. It is a spiritual journey which forever changes one’s perspective towards, life, death, reality, relationship and his own true potential.

The history of astral projecting can be traced back to the ancient times and across all ancient civilization, religions and cultures. It was believed in and practiced by spiritual travelers from Egypt to China and finds mention in the ancient Hindu Upanishads to the comparatively modern bible.

If we start from Egypt, one of the oldest civilizations of the world, astral projecting can be seen to be a concept formed around their belief in ‘ka’ or the immortal soul within man. They believed ‘ka’ to be an energy body, the immortal and omnipotent soul inside the boundaries of the physical body which had the ability to be free and to travel outside it. The proof lies in the fact that the ancient Egyptians preserved their bodies after death so that they can travel to the next world along the ‘ka’.

Coming eastwards to India, secrets of astral projecting and actual experiences of the same can be found in the ancient religious scriptures of Hinduism. Known as one of the most spiritually advanced philosophies in the world, it has always believed the concept of soul to be an omnipotent, immortal force of energy residing within the physical body of every man having the full power to do and go as it desires if its true potential is harnessed and mastered.

In case of the Chinese counterpart, astral projecting is achieved through alchemical practices, known as the separation of the spiritual body. This involves the extensive breathing meditation techniques in order to create another energy body. In simple words, a person deeply breaths and meditates to draw in energy into himself, in a small pearl like structure which is thereafter circulated in order to create the energy body which leaves the physical one and travels outwards and upwards.

Astral projecting can also be found in the western philosophies starting from the classical phase till the modern beliefs. In this case the astral body is considered to be the link between man’s physical body and his soul while astral projecting in an astral plane is considered as travel amidst galaxies and the stars between the realms of heaven and Earth. Astral Projecting is described in the bible as traveling outside and beyond the physical body with a silver energy cord linking the two.

Thus, it can be concluded that astral projecting as a belief and practice has its roots in ancient history across countries, religion and cultures. Moreover, it is an inherent ability in each man which is not harnessed by most. Regular meditation to increase your awareness of your inner self and gaining control over your sub conscious is the base for the one in a lifetime experience of astral projecting.

Does Everyone Have Psychic Abilities?

July 13, 2010 by Charles Blair

A psychic is a term given to that person who has the psychic power or ability to perceive hidden messages or information from the environment which are otherwise not perceptible through the normal five senses of sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Thus, a psychic is said to have an extra sensory perception which enables him/her to perceive or ‘know’ hidden messages or about something that is happening far away, which another common person would not perceive.

Thus, if you are able to hear a loved one’s call in distress from a thousand mile away or able to read another person’s thoughts or may sometimes accurately state the outcome of a certain event, chances are that you have written off all such incidents as coincidences or even good guesswork, but it might also be true that you are a psychic to some extent. There are various different types of psychic powers that exist in the world. The most common being those of telepathy, precognition and clairvoyance.

The psychic power of mind reading is known as telepathy. Thus, it involves reading the thoughts of a second person and in advanced stages of telepathic abilities the psychic is also able to infuse his own thoughts into the minds of others.

In case you have dreams which turns out to be true or whatever you say turns out to be right, you are a psychic who has the power of precognition. Thus, precognition basically refers to having prior knowledge about incidents which would happen in the future and in common parlance in known as ability of accurate prediction. By far it is the most common psychic ability in the world and of course the most popular one owing to the immense interest man has in knowing about his future.

Thirdly, a psychic with an ability of ‘clear viewing’ or clairvoyance is termed a psychic clairvoyant, who is able to see things that are happening thousands of miles away or are hidden from the normal eye. For example, in case of aura reading, the psychic is able to see the different colours of another person’s aura emanating from him which is not visible to the naked eye of the third person.

If you are a psychic who has other comparatively rare psychic powers than the ones mentions above, you might be able to move matter with your thoughts, read the energy fields emanating from another person, acts as a channel or medium in communicating with spirits, levitate off the ground or even project your astral self outside your physical body to travel to different realms of consciousness.

If a person wants to find out whether he is a psychic or not then he can get himself tested. Nowadays, hundreds of online psychic tests can be availed of with a few clicks in front of your computer which can tell you whether you are a psychic or not. You can get yourself tested by a research institute in a clinical set up which would give you more accurate and detailed results in case you want to know the extent of your psychic abilities.

The Zener Card is one of the oldest and extensively used psychic test which can be undertaken both online and otherwise. This consists of a deck of cards having symbols and the process starts with removal of one card and asking the potential psychic to predict or visualize its symbol. One by one the step in reiterated till the time the deck is finished. Based on the algorithms, the score tells you whether you have psychic powers ranging from ‘no ability’ to ‘very significant ability’. Whichever psychic power you possess and to whatever extent, a psychic must always remember that it is a gift and use it for the benefit of fellow beings.

Out of Body Travel Down Through the Ages

May 11, 2010 by George L Stevens

Various cultures have recorded out of body travel, including the ancient Egyptians. Kha is the word they used to describe the soul or astral body, while they also included images of the astral body as if hovering just above or even beyond the physical body. The astral body was depicted as a haloed, airy translucent being.

In their fascination of the astral body these ancient people used various methods of controlling their ability of out of body travels to other planes of space and time, all the while their physical body stayed put. It is possible that they learned the secret skills needed to build the ancient pyramids using the materials they already had. Even today scientists are baffled as to the construction of the pyramids of the ancient Egyptians.

The first component of out of body travel for the ancient Egyptians involved meditation, it is recorded. Followed by focusing on nothing except the visions seen with the eyes closed, while nearly at the point of being asleep. The ancient Egyptians associated the flashing patterns and lights as a sign of the beginning of the journey to other planes of space and time by the astral body.

Upon passing through this meditative state, the astral body would reach a phase of emergence, which would create a tingling and humming within the physical body. Then they would experience the feeling of heaviness. The ancients believed that the feelings of tingling, humming and then heaviness was a sign of the astral body pulling away from their physical body. This would then initiate the journey of the astral body to unknown planes of existence.

This could be accomplished in various ways. However, the most common practice was that of simply walking out of ones physical body. This would begin through the minds eye, then followed by the shoulders, chest, hips, legs, knees and then the feet until two entities of a astral body and physical body appeared.

Once separated, the astral body was then not only free to pass through the solid objects that restrained the physical body, but to hover and fly as well without being affected by the changes in atmosphere or the lack of oxygen.

The ancient Greeks also recorded instances of out of body travel, and expanded on the strictly meditatively-induced state of the ancient Egyptians to include out of body travel by way of physical or mental trauma. The ancient historian Plutarch of Queroneia, for example, cited the case of Arisdeu who, after suffering blunt trauma to his head after a fall slipped into a coma for three days.

At this time, Arisdeu tells of the ability to see his physical body laying on the ground yet he was free to move around without it. In astral form he tells of his ability of out of body travel to go to places that were not conceivable. He was met by his spirit guide while in astral form. His spirit guide assisted and advised him concerning astral travel in other existing astral planes.

Although, he was eventually pulled back into his physical body, while in his altered state he did learn and explore. Once returning to his physical body, he did spend the rest of his life using the knowledge he found during the time of his out of body experience.

Other ancient cultures recorded their findings of out of body travel similar to that of the ancient Egyptians and Greeks. For instance, the history of the Native Americans includes various full accounts of such happenings to their people as well. Their accounts include the meeting of their spirit guides and totem spirit animals. These entities also advised them concerning the astral plane and the astral body. For centuries, the Native Americans have used specific plants for burning and inhaling in order to relax the mind to the point of being more receptive to out of body travel on the astral planes.

The ability or the human body to explore various spheres of space and time is possible. The ability to do so has been recorded since the time of the ancients. Channeling our consciousness into a spiritual body is possible. However, along the way many have forgotten how to do such a natural thing. Knowing how to alter our consciousness to the point that we can release it from the confines of our physical limitations, seems lost to so many modern individuals. However, with patience and practice we can relearn how to astral travel to meet our spiritual guides on the higher astral planes.

In order to reopen this door to higher planes within us all, we have to remember how we can reconnect with our higher, spiritual selves. Once we are able to do this, we are able to use our out of body experiences to reach the higher planes of existence. This natural process is unlimited in its possibilities. When we are able to rediscover this natural part of us that so many have forgotten, we open ourselves up to the potentials of traveling the astral plane and understanding our higher, spiritual self.

Learn Telepathy – What Is Holding You Back?

May 3, 2010 by Richard P Minks

When you send or receive emotions or thoughts directly from your mind to another’s this is called telepathy. Telepathic communication is a link between the minds of two people in which ideas can be exchanged without using any of the five physical senses. Anyone can learn telepathy with practice; it’s something which is innate in all mankind.

Whether you know it or not, you’ve already experienced telepathic communication. For example, when you start thinking of someone and you receive a call or letter from them right afterwards.

This wasn’t a coincidence. What happened is that you or the other person initiated some sort of telepathic contact and there was an exchange of thoughts or feelings which one of you sent and the other received.

Usually, they have unconsciously sent you their thoughts telepathically and you received them with the result that this person comes to mind. You may have had the same experience in reverse as well; you call someone who you haven’t talked to in some time and find them completely unsurprised to hear from you.

Despite being very common, most people are doubtful of the existence of telepathy or that learning telepathy is something which they can do. A lot of us are held back by religious indoctrination which teaches us that these kinds of abilities are certainly the work of evil forces. Others are reserving judgment, doubting telepathy unless and until it is scientifically proven and accepted as fact.

Others think that if telepathy was important that the ability would come to us more easily. Of course, this argument doesn’t add up; it’s not as if we’re born knowing how to speak the language which we think of as our mother tongue. The idea that telepathy is without value is just as misguided as the opinion that this and other psychic abilities are the handiwork of the Devil. Telepathic communication and verbal communication can be thought of as the two sides of the same coin.

Spoken language and telepathy fit together to make a whole. Neither can communicate the entire range of human experience and emotional states by themselves, but when you know how to use both, you can enhance your interpersonal relationships and live a richer life.

Developing your telepathic communication abilities has a number of benefits. It is literally learning a sixth sense and lets you communicate in a more direct and intimate way with those around you. While it’s not hard to learn telepathy per se, it does take practice like acquiring any new skill.

Partnering up with a close friend who is also interested in learning telepathy is the best way to practice this natural ability. It makes learning easier, quicker and more fun too!

You’ll want to practice with your partner while in separate rooms or even with the two of you at your respective homes. This way you’ll be unable to read body language or any other kind of visual cues. Relax and free your mind of stress and worry. After your practice sessions, call each other to compare notes.

You’ll take turns with your partner; one will go first and try to establish a telepathic communications channel. Visualize your partner as clearly as you can and then imagine something connection you and your partner. Most people choose to visualize a ray of light, but anything which works for you will do fine.

Use this link to send a thought or an image. Send simple signals to begin with which are clear and easy to understand; but complex enough that it would be hard to guess.

Call your partner after you send your signal to compare notes. Find out what they have received and assess how successful your telepathic transmission has been. You should both them take a brief rest and then try again, with your partner now being the sender.

This takes practice and time to develop, so limit your transmission attempts to 15 minutes and rest in between; telepathy can be mentally exhausting when you’re not accustomed to it and you want to prevent yourself from getting frustrated if you don’t succeed right away.

Learning telepathy takes practice, patience, persistence and positivity. Don’t give up and you’ll start being able to use your telepathic abilities soon enough and a whole new world will be open to you.

The writer Richard P Minks writes for the popular http://www.telepathyrevealed.com site. Discover for yourself how easy it is to learn telepathy. Discover previously undisclosed information.
